The design work and the delivery both need external resource, whether that's for a large rollout, a blended programme, or a period when your team needs reinforcing.
We design it. We deliver it.
The situation
Perhaps you're rolling out to a large population and need more facilitation capacity than your team can provide. Perhaps the programme is blended, and it makes sense for us to deliver the workshop elements while your team handles the coaching, project work or online learning that sits alongside it. Or perhaps you simply need a trusted partner to be part of the delivery team for a defined period. We're happy to help.
We also work in a staged model: joining as delivery partners for the initial rollout, when volume is high and the pressure on your team is greatest, then stepping back as the programme moves into business as usual and your internal facilitators take it on. Because they have everything they need from the design stage, the handover is clean. No knowledge gap, no scramble to reverse-engineer what we've built.
As with all our work, the design is clear, detailed, editable and rooted in learning science. We bring in associates from our network where the scale or specialist knowledge requires it.
How it can work
Model A
We design the complete programme and deliver all sessions, working as the primary delivery resource throughout the rollout. Right for programmes where internal facilitation capacity doesn't exist or isn't appropriate.
Model B
We design the programme and deliver alongside your internal team, splitting the cohorts, running in parallel, or handling specific sessions that suit our expertise. Clean co-facilitation with no duplication.
Model C
We lead delivery for the initial high-volume phase, then hand over cleanly to internal facilitators when volume reduces. Because they're part of the design conversation, there's no knowledge gap at handover.
Model D
We deliver the live workshop elements of a blended programme while your team manages the coaching, project work or online learning components. Each party doing what they do best.
In practice
Johnson's Workwear — Personnel Today Award Winner
Johnson's Workwear needed a management development programme at the centre of a broader talent strategy. We designed and delivered three bespoke courses, covering management fundamentals, leading change and performance coaching, interwoven with a coaching programme and project-based assignments led internally. The programme ran as a genuine partnership between Keystone and the Johnson's L&D team. It won the Talent Management Award at the Personnel Today Awards in 2018.

Sheridan is a real breath of fresh air when it comes to training design and delivery. Interactive, thoughtful and really engaging training delivered with enthusiasm and skill. We have loved working with Sheridan — as have all the delegates on our talent development programme.

Costain — ILM Approved, Year Five
We designed and have supported the ongoing delivery of Costain's Manager's Toolkit — an ILM-approved blended programme now in its tenth year. We work closely with Costain's L&D team each year to refresh the content and keep it current. Our associates form part of the delivery team alongside internal facilitators, with the relationship deepening rather than diminishing over time.

Costain have been working with Keystone's design and delivery team for ten years. Sheridan has taken our brief and helped us design an engaging and contextually relevant management fundamentals programme. The programme has received excellent reviews from senior stakeholders and delegates alike.
