You know what you need. You just don't have the time, or the resource, to build it properly.
We design it. You own it.
The situation
This is probably the most common situation we encounter. An L&D team that's perfectly capable but fully stretched delivering what's already in the calendar, with a new programme that needs designing and no realistic capacity to take it on.
The alternatives are rarely satisfying. Buying something off the shelf risks low transfer of learning, generic exercises, scenarios that don't reflect your world, content that doesn't map to your policies or culture. And bringing in a large external consultancy can mean handing over control of something that should be yours, with costs that quickly escalate once the relationship is established and there's little incentive to hand it back.
We work differently. We come in as a temporary extension of your team, with a clear brief and a clear endpoint. You stay in control throughout. The design is practical, build around your culture, policies and procedures. It's grounded in learning science and accelerated learning principles, built to produce behaviour change, not just provide an interesting day out. When we hand it over, it's yours, fully designed, ready to deliver, completely editable, with everything your facilitators need. And then we step back.
What this looks like in practice
1
We get under the skin of what you need. That means conversations with stakeholders, reviewing existing documentation and, where useful, talking to potential participants or their managers. Nothing assumed, everything verified.
2
We design the programme, structure, content, activities, facilitator guides, in close collaboration with you. The structure reflects what we know about how adults learn. You review, we refine. Nothing goes into the final version without your sign-off.
3
Everything is written to be delivered by your team, with full facilitator notes. We can also provide a briefing session for the people who'll be running it. Then we step back, the programme is yours.
In practice
The brief
Kellogg's needed a suite of management development workshops to run alongside their existing online modules, delivered by internal L&D professionals across Europe. We designed 12 half-day workshops covering the full people management cycle, from setting expectations and having performance conversations to managing absence and supporting wellbeing.
Every exercise, case study and scenario was written to be immediately recognisable to a Kellogg's manager. The programme was designed specifically so that what happened in the room would follow participants back to their desks. It has been delivered consistently across multiple European markets by their own team.

Sheridan interpreted our content requests and produced a polished, ready-to-use training package with full support and guidance notes. She did this on time, to budget and the results were excellent.

A 30-minute conversation is usually enough to work it out. Tell me what you're trying to achieve and I'll give you an honest view of what's possible, no commitment required.
